Our rescue is completely foster-based. This means we do not have a physical shelter for our dogs, they are all placed in homes of unpaid volunteers who share our goal of reducing the homeless animal population in Michigan, rehabilitating these broken souls, and teaching these dogs how to be a normal dog in a home. Because of this, we are always looking for new foster homes so we can save more lives. Every foster home we have, that’s actually TWO lives saved: The dog that is in the foster home and the dog that is able to take that open spot in the shelter.
